Pest control terms and conditions for PESTFREE Pest & Termite Control.

Service Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

PESTFREE Pest & Termite Control provides pest management and termite control services using industry-approved methods and products. While every reasonable effort is made to achieve effective pest management results, no guarantee is provided that treatments will permanently eliminate all pest activity.

The customer acknowledges that pest activity can be influenced by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to environmental conditions, neighbouring properties, structural defects, sanitation practices, weather conditions, landscaping, and ongoing pest pressures.

PESTFREE Pest & Termite Control shall not be held liable for:

Any concerns regarding services provided must be reported in writing within fourteen (14) days of the treatment date. The company’s liability, where permitted by law, is limited to re-treatment of the affected area or a refund of the amount paid for the service, at the company’s discretion.

Termite Disclaimer

Termite inspections and treatments are conducted in accordance with applicable Australian Standards. Due to the concealed nature of termites, inaccessible areas, and limitations of visual inspections, it is impossible to guarantee the detection of all termite activity or damage.

No warranty is given that termite activity will not occur in the future, and ongoing inspections at recommended intervals are essential to maintain effective termite management.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Payment for all pest control services is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing by PESTFREE Pest & Termite Control.

We accept payment via bank transfer, PayID, cash, or other approved payment methods.

Where payment is made via bank transfer, customers acknowledge that processing times may vary between financial institutions. Proof of payment must be provided to PESTFREE Pest & Termite Control immediately upon completion of the service to confirm that payment has been initiated.

If payment is not received, and no proof of payment has been provided, the account may be considered overdue.

PESTFREE Pest & Termite Control reserves the right to:

Customers experiencing payment difficulties are encouraged to contact the company as soon as possible to discuss suitable arrangements.

Deposits for Termite Prevention and Installation Works

For termite prevention systems, termite barriers, reticulation systems, or large-scale termite treatment works, a non-refundable deposit of twenty percent (20%) of the quoted amount may be required before works commence.

The deposit secures the booking date, allows for the purchase of materials, and confirms the customer’s acceptance of the quotation.

Failure to pay the required deposit may result in the booking being postponed or cancelled.

If the customer cancels the booking after materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled, PESTFREE Pest & Termite Control reserves the right to retain all or part of the deposit to cover reasonable costs incurred.

The remaining balance is payable immediately upon completion of the works unless otherwise agreed in writing.
